About Us

Sapphire Management Services Limited was established in 2003 by Sharon Ketley, FCII Chartered Insurance Practitioner.

Sharon has over 30 years’ experience within the insurance industry and her career has been spent with provincial and city insurers and brokers. At the time Sapphire Management was founded the FCA regulations were imminent and there was a clear need for temporary or part time specialist management to tackle change, process re-engineering, risk management and other issues. Skills sometimes existed in house, sometimes not, but it was evident that client companies were lacking the resource to implement the new regulations in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Sapphire Management grew from that point. Today it provides a wide range of management services to a raft of clients. The emphasis is always on excellence of service, value for money for the client and, most significantly, achievement of client objectives.

Sapphire Management is a member of the APCC – Association of Professional Compliance Consultants.
